　　GRANDFRYER ™歌蘭德燃氣炸爐運用了先進的全預混燃燒系統，它包括了金屬纖維燃燒器、自動調節火力的燃氣閥和無極變速風機。此外，歌蘭德燃氣炸爐還配置了完全浸沒在油鍋內的三次熱交換系統，使得燃氣被完全燃燒，并在油鍋內最大程度地進行熱交換，大大提高了熱效率，減少了熱損失和有害排放。

　　GRANDFRYER is equipped with the most advanced fully premixed combustion system, which includes the metal fiber burner, automatically adjustable gas valve and frequency conversion fan. In addition, it has three heat exchange system that ensures gas is completely consumed, this greatly improves the thermal efficiency, also reduced the heat loss and harmful emissions.

　　歌蘭德燃氣炸爐回溫快速，保持食品質量的一致性，這是智能控制和最先進的燃燒系統結合的成果。例如，當突然放入大量的冷凍薯條進行油炸時，油溫會被迅速降低，這時會采取大火力來快速回溫，直到接近烹飪溫度時變為小火力升溫，從而始終保持食品品質的一致性。

　　Besides high thermal efficiency, saving gas and less harmful emissions, it can achieve rapid temperature recovery and maintain the consistency of food quality according to the cooking process of fried food. For example, when a large batch of frozen French fries are suddenly added for frying, the oil temperature will be rapidly lowered. Strong fire will quickly recover the temperature until it approaches the cooking temperature, then replaced by small fire, so as to maintain the consistency of food quality.
